ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

American Society of International Law Helton Fellowship Program Applicants must be current law students or have graduated from law school (at either the undergraduate or graduate levels) no earlier than December 2013.
Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies Congressional Fellowship Applicants must have at least completed an undergraduate degree prior to program start date.
Children’s National Health System Joseph E. Robert, Jr. Fellowship in Pediatric Surgical Innovation Individuals from the following groups are encouraged to apply: Surgical, radiological, or anesthesia residents, fellows, junior faculty, and nurses; Post-doctoral engineers with a strong background and interest in medical and surgical device development; Post-doctoral or doctoral candidates in Health Economics.
Equal Justice Works Equal Justice Works Fellowship You must be a third year law student, a recent law school graduate, or an experienced attorney who demonstrates a commitment to public interest law.
Smithsonian American Art Museum Terra Fellowship in American Art Three fellowships are awarded annually, one each at the predoctoral, postdoctoral, and senior levels, to scholars from abroad who are researching American art or to U.S. scholars with an exceptionally strong international component to their study.

Smithsonian Institution Biodiversity Genomics Post-doc
Applicants must have completed or be near completion of the Ph.D. Recipients who have not completed the Ph.D. at the time of application must provide proof of completion of the degree before the fellowship begins. 
Ford FoundationFellowship The National Academies/Ford Foundation Awards will be made for study in research-based Ph.D. or Sc.D. programs; practice oriented degree programs are not eligible for support. Prospective applicants should read the eligibility requirements, the terms of the fellowship awards, application instructions and other information pertaining to the individual fellowship (Predoctoral, Dissertation, or Postdoctoral) for which they are applying.
United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Mandel Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies Fellowships The Mandel Center awards fellowships-in-residence to candidates working on their dissertations (ABD), postdoctoral researchers within five years of receiving their Ph.D., and scholars more than five years beyond the receipt of their Ph.D. as well as senior scholars.
