The university has developed a series of awards to recognize members of its research community whose work helps advance knowledge, solve challenging problems, create new products and enhance quality of life.
Research Staff Awards
Research Staff awards are open to all regular non-faculty staff members employed by any unit of the University of Michigan’s three campuses.
All Research Staff Recognition Award nominations are due February 20.

The U-M Office of the Vice President for Research has established four awards to recognize excellence among research faculty from across the University of Michigan for their significant contributions and leadership in their fields: the Collegiate Research Professorship Award, the Research Faculty Achievement Award, the Research Faculty Recognition Award and the new Research Faculty Mentor Award. The deadline for Research Faculty Award nominations is February 20.
