Kathryn Hendrickson

Kathryn Hendrickson works as a Research Development officer with the Bold Challenges team, which supports interdisciplinary teams developing grant proposals in order to increase competitiveness for large-scale funding opportunities. 

Prior to joining the Office of the Vice President for Research, Hendrickson served as an Instructional Consultant with the Foundational Course Initiative at the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching. In that role, she worked closely with collaborative course design teams to identify and implement equity-focused and evidence-based interventions designed to transform courses into more engaging, equitable, and inclusive learning experiences for students. She has deep experience in teaching, pedagogy, and curriculum design, and earned a PhD in British Literature at Marquette University.
