Cindi Plummer

Cindi Plummer joined the University of Michigan Office of the Vice President for Research in 2018 and became a Business Administrator in 2019. In her role, Cindi provides financial oversight to several OVPR units, including acting as a liaison to central departments at the University helping with the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations, and providing guidance to the annual Internal Control process.

Cindi holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Michigan–Flint and is working towards a Master’s in Business Administration/Leadership and Organizational Dynamics.
