Lin Li

Lin Li joined the Office of the Vice President in 2024 as a Research Development Officer on the Bold Challenges team. She supports interdisciplinary teams developing grant proposals in order to increase competitiveness for large-scale funding opportunities.

Lin was previously a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Informatics at the University of California, Irvine, where she led interdisciplinary research projects funded by the Mellon Foundation and the National Science Foundation. She holds a Ph.D. in Information and Media from Michigan State University and an M.A. in Journalism and Communication from Tsinghua University.
