Prior to joining the Bold Challenges Team, Kelly spent several years in the research administration space with Huron Consulting Group, Grand Valley State University, and Corewell Health. Prior to her work in research administration, Kelly was a clinical social worker focusing on the child welfare system and specializing in trauma-informed evaluation and therapy for children and families. From Grand Valley State University, Kelly holds a Master of Social Work, Master of Public Administration, and B.S. in Public and Nonprofit Administration.  Kelly continues to be passionate about supporting her community, advocating for the rights of vulnerable and marginalized populations, and volunteering for the American Cancer Society. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and hosting events for any occasion she can think of.
