The University of Michigan is home to 19 schools and colleges, along with campuses in Dearborn and Flint, where students, faculty and staff conduct groundbreaking research.

"It’s a place where great scholars work to achieve new levels of understanding of the world we share and pursue discovery for the public good. And there is no public university better suited for this crucial endeavor than the University of Michigan."
Representing schools and units from across the University of Michigan, research associate deans review and revise research policies and initiatives, while offering guidance to the Office of the Vice President for Research when reviewing and applying certain policies and procedures.
